Toronto construction intelligence
About PermitClue
PermitClue is construction intelligence software for teams researching Toronto building activity. It connects published permit information with trade relevance, project context and evidence-based questions about timing.
The product is intended for contractors, construction services, suppliers and their business development, sales and estimating teams. Its purpose is to support better research decisions—not to promise available contracts.

A source-linked approach
A useful opportunity begins with a traceable record. Descriptions, source dates and project context should remain distinguishable from classifications or timing interpretations.
A permit match does not certify a buyer, a contract, ownership or an outreach entitlement. Users should independently verify the official record and the business role involved before acting.
Toronto scope and independent software
PermitClue's initial geographic focus is the City of Toronto. Toronto data is not a claim of complete GTA or Ontario coverage. Broader official sources, when used, have their own geographic and evidence limitations.
PermitClue is not the City of Toronto, a municipal application service or a government-affiliated organization. The official sources remain authoritative.
What we do not promise
No permit-derived signal guarantees an open contract, a start date, an equipment purchase or a particular commercial outcome. Source publication can be delayed or corrected; a scheduled check may fail or find no changes.
Customer account information, saved research and private reports are not public search content. The guides explain research concepts without exposing customer records.
